It's Official!!!

Liang Jin Xuan is KHLOIE NICOLE JOHNSON!  Forever and ever.
We promised to love and care for her and to never abandon her.
Hello world!  Peanut slept through the night in her crib!  Of course, she was exhausted, but still.  At 6 am she woke up and cried quietly for a nanosecond until I could get to her crib.  Once she was oriented she was fine.
We had a very cautious breakfast, not sure what she can really eat.
Once we arrived at the Civil Affairs office we immediately asked the orphanage staff about Khloie's eating, concerned that she wasn't chewing her food and wasn't taking the bottle.

Evidently our precious girl is just in shut-down mode, because she can eat everything!  The congee I tried feeding her was too bland for her sophisticated taste buds.  *I will make up some of my special congee for her when we get home!*
And although the bottle seemed hot to me, it wasn't hot enough to suit her.  Now that the cat's outa the bag, we'll make better choices.

Khloie gave her stamp of approval on the adoption registration by her footprint.

She still thinks her daddy hung the moon!

Lunch was a whole different story as far as eating!  We got her to eat fried rice, tomato noodles and broccoli.

Please continue to pray for Celine.  First, if we don't wear her out, it will be a miracle :)  She has a tender heart. We had another open door today, and it was so sweet to plant more seeds.  Celine really is precious!  She took us and two Italian families to apply for our children's passports.  Then she took us back to Wal-Mart to get more formula, bottled water and Daddy Khloie snacks.

We were concerned that if Khloie starts scratching her mosquito bites they will scar - there's even one on her eye and her ear, but so far she's just scratching the ones on her hand, so we asked Celine if we could find some antihistamine and topical cream.  She made a special point to take us to a pharmacy for just the right stuff.  Tonight Little Miss will be medicated.  And if it doesn't keep her from itching, maybe I'll try it to see if it makes me sleep :)  After all that, Celine made calls to the hotel manager to discuss our internet issue...and within an hour we had service!  The gal's a rockstar, I tell ya'!

Tomorrow we go to the Terra Cotta Warriors - I can't wait!
Ms. Kim, thank you for posting pictures of my babies back home!  We love you all and hope you have a beautiful Tuesday!
