Complete with sprinkles.
Together we are preparing a feast for tonight, including tacos, homemade refried beans, rice, guac, salsa and CHOCOLATE!
So I'm supposed to be writing a post on grieving, and I'm talking beans and cake? I'm working on it...
Thank you SO MUCH for your prayers! God is hearing and answering them. He is so very good!
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through Him the "Amen" is spoken...

I love to let my little ones help cook; I wish my bigger ones wanted to help! Let them eat cake!

He looks like a different boy! That smile is sooo much more relaxed! So happy! How fun! :) Love y'all!
This is soooo sweet. I'm so happy he is really learning to love his family...and he realizes he HAS a forever family.
Connnie,
Yes there are good and bad days, but as I can tell from both of these post this was a good day!! Asking to be taught is a great start:) I promise.... His smile is a huge blessing, and he looks like he is doing well or he was that day! We have to focus on the good days even if there aren't as many:) Love ya and keep teaching him thos everyday skills, he needs those also:)

Love his smiles! So happy
his heart is starting to heal.
Thursday morning we had
a morning of tearful grieving.
When we saw your blog in the
late afternoon after Sarah had
just finished making peanut
butter cookies.... We both
laughed!
