Prayer Requests?

…being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. Romans 4:21

It’s been almost 2 months since I received many of your prayer requests, and I know God has already moved mountains. I think it’s time for updated requests, so please leave a comment or email me.

If you email me with your request and you have a blog, I’d love it if you would give me the address!

OK, I feel completely selfish sending you our prayer request. We are on day 13 (not that anyone is counting) of our wait for LOAs for two precious babies from China. We are praying to hold them for Christmas. I also saw on our sons foster home site that he "may" be having palate repair soon. Google translate is a little difficult sometimes to understand. Thank you so much and I can't wait to see pics of your babies in the BIG van!!! I'm ready for one also.

Oh Connie, aren't you just wonderful!

So selfless! Anyhow, our prayers to add another little one have been granted, now we just ask that you pray for her health and what that it maynot be too severe of a SN. Also, that we could recieve her before years end??? I know that i aLONG shot but, hey it is worth the request!
THANKYOU!

Thanks for lifting up these prayers requests. We are waiting to be matched to a certain young girl (she's 8) and we know her paperwork has been sent but we haven't been matched yet. No one seems to know where her file is at.
Please pray we will be matched soon. She has been waiting so long and we just can't wait to go and bring her home.

Hi Connie,

What a blessing to be part of the body of Christ together and share in each other's burdens! You inspire me to spend more time in prayer, thank you! Our blog address is
www.jesuslovesorphans.blogspot.com and our prayer needs are for our paperwork to go through (we fall short of one of the CCA*'s financial requirements) and of course for funding from Heaven. Your journey to your 2 latest treasures and how the Lord provided encourages me greatly!
Blessings to all of you

Hi, Connie...continued prayers, please, for our journey to Kemeri. I have requested an update & new pictures, but so far, nothing. Hoping to hear if anything has changed with her SB. I'd also appreciate prayers for my son, Kade. Without going into much detail, pray for his protection & strength...it's a David & Goliath kind of thing, & praying as time goes on, God does amazing things through this boy of mine. :o)

Thanks for your heart to intercede.

Thank you so much for doing this Connie....asking for prayer as we prepare to adopt through the ministry this time....so much happening with this situation and we have no idea what is around the corner...but we know God has called us again.

And also, we will be needing a bigger van as well.

Blessings to you,

Connie

USCIS cannot find our paperwork! They've had it for 33 days now and can't find it! We got our biometrics done (walked-in...around here that is a HUGE praise because they do NOT normally allow that).

We have something like a week for all our stuff to be completed and our dossier sent to China. Lord please help us!

Thank you for lifting us up in prayer. I know there are far more important prayer requests than ours. For some reason our FBI clearances are taking a LOOONG time to process (we're plain, small town folks) and it's holding up our process. The HS is ready to go....as soon as our FBI clearances come in. We're at 7 weeks and it doesn't usually take this long. I just want to get the I800 stuff sent off and back so we can be DTC by Dec. Thank you, again. :)

We have had a job loss. Would love prayers about finding another job that is right for our family and that we have the strength and courage to REALLY lean on God.

Oh, bless you, just what I was needing!

Just yesterday we learned that WE are going to adopt Ai Chun, the girl I have been advocating for on my blog (20stuff.blogspot.com). This will be a rush adoption, to say the least. We are in the middle of another adoption that has taken more than a year, so far, but this one will be over in less than a month, if God in His great mercy toward this girl causes this adoption to go through in spite of all the paperwork challenges. We are short on financing for our first adoption, but yesterday God provided nearly ALL the financing for this second adoption! There are so many things to pray for that I can hardly think of what to ask. Please use your adoptive mom's imagination! :-)

Thank you for praying -- it matters that we pray -- and I will continue in prayer for your family, also, as you adjust to new little ones.

Hey Connie! Kinda getting my request in a little late but a couple of things:

1. starting public and home school next week Tuesday 9/6...pray especially for the homeschooling thing to go well.

2. sami's next cl/cp surgery is Oct 19...now that I'm homeschooling Selah, I need to find someone that can watch her all day for the day of the surgery and the day after.

Connie,
Late getting my prayer request in but I know you got us covered. We are on day 53 of wait for our LOA. We would love to get that paper soon and that Article 5 and TA would speed quickly through. ...oh, and the remaining financial provisions we need.
We are wanting our baby boy home... but, trusting in God's perfect timing.
Thanks Friend
Love you guys

Thank you for selflessly lifting so many up in prayer. If you have room for one more, that the Lord would ready hubby if and when the time is right for our family to adopt. Hubby's heart seems to be softening and being read-ied.

Thank you! and Blessings!

Jennifer
