If Only I Could...

...plant the Nanjing money tree in my yard;
...find chocolate syrup in the same size container as my laundry soap;
...bottle the energy of my kids;
...speak Chinese;
...under every circumstance extend the Father's mercy to my husband and children;
...meet all my bloggy friends;
...accomplish a little more in my 18 waking hours;
...get inside the mind of my 14-year-old (errr, maybe not);
...get a sneak preview of what God has planned for our family;
...make more of a difference!

The fear of the Lord leads to life:
Then one rests content, untouched by trouble.
Prov 19:23

Oh how I love that list of 'if onlys'!! That's fabulous. If you figure out any one of them, please let me know, ok?

Make more of a difference?! How much more COULD you make? Connie, you are amazing to me and I know you give all the glory to God, but I cannot think of anyone that I believe is making more of a difference! Unless all these things you write are not true---AND I KNOW THEY ARE, you are making a tremendous difference!! Thank you God for the Johnson family! Love, Tammy E.

I'm with you on the chocolate syrup thing, but if it were filled with Nutella that would be even better!

Bless you woman!

As others have said - make more of a difference - you can check that one off.

Meeting you in China, as God ordained, subsequently my life has been blessed by you in ways that I cannot measure, as your writings have moved me, led me to change, broken and molded me. Through that, dear sister, you too will reap the rewards as I allow God to move in and through me as I draw closer to Him and the work He has set before me. Thank you so much for your obedience to Him.
