I heard about you through Marybeth. I am a Proverbs 31 speaker too and I mentioned you and linked to Marybeth on my blog today. I am on the last day of a 12 Days of CHRISTmas Give Away and traffic has been heavy this week, so I thought I'd introduce my readers to you and your sweet cause. Connie, I have been following your blog ever since you spoke at our church. I also follow Amy P.'s and Marybeth's blog. This is the coolest thing ever and now to read the above comment. You could end up being Famous! Selling your candles all over the US. I have been praying for you to be able to raise the needed money for your new child and I will definitely be buying some of these wonderful candles.
Connie...I never in a million years dreamed of this! Thanks for asking me to be a part of your venture! In the beginning I was just hoping and praying that it wasn't a crazy idea and that a "few" candles would surely sell for you. Why do we under estimate the power of the Lord?? God is SO Good!! Connie, As you know we are waiting our TA and CA. I was wondering how you found the Foster home that you visited in Beijing? We will be in Guangzhou for the entire trip - and we would love to visit a Foster care facility! Please let me know if you have any ideas of where I can look.
I'm so excited! I received an email tonight from Mary Beth saying that I won the candle giveaway. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do but she said to let you know. I really enjoy reading about you and Clayton's Journey your on. You guys are amazing! Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!!!
