~Auction: When, How to Bid, Rules~

I'm excited to tell you we have 88 items!!!!
Once the auction goes live I will begin making thumbnails of each item for the sidebar of the blog so you don't have to scroll every post....but that will take me a while, so thank you for your patience.
Also, I want to thank YOU in advance and praise GOD for what He is going to do to bring our Khloie home!!!

~Bidding Instructions~

It's time to get this party started! 

The online auction will run from Saturday, January 26 at 8 am to Monday, January 28 at 5 pm CST.
If we get new items over the weekend I will post them immediately!   Thank you all for being so patient! The vendors’ donations are amazing! The auction will take place on this blog. 
Okay, only a few "rules":
*Read every item description carefully. Some have a minimum starting bid and some do not include S & H. Please do not bid unless you can truly pay for the item.  
*Payment for the item, should you win, will be required within 48 hours from the time you receive the invoice unless you have requested otherwise via e-mail to me. If payment is not received within the time frame and I have sent 3 reminder e-mails, the item will go to the next highest bidder.
*Payment Options - Should you win an item there will be a few ways to pay.  
          1)You can use the Paypal 'donate' button on the sidebar
          2)You can mail payment directly to me
          3)You can mail payment to our church as a tax deductible  
              contribution.     
If you win an item, I will send you a confirmation email and invoice, and you can indicate your preferred method of payment at that time.  *Thanks in advance for your patience*
*Please be respectful to the vendors and other bidders.  Any negative comment will be deleted from this blog. 
*The comments section under each post will be used to place your bids.
*Bid Mindfully! Please remember, this is a silent auction to save a child’s life.  Khloie has some medical needs, and we want to bring her home as soon as possible so that she can receive the treatment she needs.  The amount raised will go towards our final required fees in China.
*Many of the items do not have minimum bids, and the only increment rule is that it can not be any less than $1 from the current bid. For example, if the current bid is $10 you can’t bid $10.25; it would have to be $11 or more.  
*How to place a bid: You can bid on as many items as you want, and there is no limit on the amount of bids. 
*Identifying yourself ~ there are two ways to do this.  After you bid, you can email me to let me know who you are and how to contact you.  Or you can leave your contact information in the comments section when you bid.
*Each item has its own post. Just hit the comment button and you will see the previous bids. You need to bid higher than the current bid or minimum bid if there is one noted.
*If you want to be an anonymous bidder, please e-mail me with your name and the amount of your current bid. You will then see a comment come through under the post with anonymous and a current bid. No one will know who you are! 
*Vendors have 2 weeks to get the items to you unless they are custom made. 
*The auction will run until Monday, January 28th at 5 pm Central  time. This is a real-time auction and the comments and bids should post within seconds. Once we are 30 minutes to closing time I will post and let you know what time my clock says, and then I will post another 2 minute warning before the auction ends.
*Should you have any questions or want details on an item, I can do my best to answer them or at least contact the vendor for you and get an answer. 
*Have fun! Sit back, relax and shop! Help spread the word as much as you can!
