Tomorrow morning Mama and Thin-Mint head south for her pharyngeal flap surgery.
This will be Kennah's third procedure under anesthesia in her year home, and she handles it like a champion!

It will likely lower the tone of her voice as well.
And it will cause her to snore :)
Ah well, it's all good.

It did all those things, Connie. Jake had it done just before Christmas. The snoring decreased and then pretty much went away unless he has a cold. Dr. El Amm said about 4 months for the snoring. We'll pray for you. It was the worse surgery for Jake, too, but it could be because he is getting older and can vocalize more, and he had some lip revision, too. Still, he was ready to go on Christmas Day.
Praying for all involved today to get her on the road to recovery. May you each have a peace about this surgery. God bless each of you.
