Pe-Coma Pie

I've waited and waited for a reason to try Pioneer Woman's Pecan Pie recipe.

Never found a reason but I tried it anyway.

I made it so late in the day it didn't have time to cool...

...so I tried a slice for breakfast.
And I'm posting after coming out of a sugar coma.
I see why she says to serve in 'thin slivers.'
It is yummilicious!!!!  Oh, yes, it is!

And in other interesting news...

...Kolton's show goat thinks she's a cat.  Or a dog.  Or something.  We can't keep her in the pen, and she hangs out at the back door.  And licks it.
