You may have already looked at this but "perseverance" translated in Mandarin is Yili (pronounced E Lee)
All 3 are beautiful names.
When I was doing K names with 6 letters with my first two kiddos (weird coincidence we have a Keaton and Kayden) I always thought Kamden for a girl was a pretty one.
We have a couple neat Scandanavian K names in our family, but they aren't 6 letters! I have a cousin Kira and a cousin Kari (pronounced "car ee")- guess you could spell them Kirrah or Karree?! As for a middle name, I like the suggestion of the Mandarin name for perseverance, or even using Patience or Faith as the middle names as well. Either way, anxious to hear what this is all about..... :-)
My daughter's Chinese name Mei means "Plum Blossom." The plum blossom is a flower that blooms in winter in spite of adversity and is a symbol of beauty and tenacity.
Do you realize how very naughty you are?
ReplyDeleteSneaky, sneaky girl!
