These were in our inbox this morning! Oh Joy!
Kasidi celebrated her 1st birthday twice! Once with her foster family and again at the orphanage with the cake we ordered.
I would love to show you the smiles on the faces of her FF, but I feel a need to protect their privacy so I reluctantly cropped these pictures. Our Joy is being loved!
That's the way to do cake! And again at the orphanage, surrounded by her friends.
What, you want me to take a bite...
...when I'd rather stick my face in it?!?
Know what I notice? All the adorable little ones surrounding my daughter. There must be something we can do!
Oh My, your sweet Kasadi is beyond precious!!
ReplyDeleteOh how I love it! What a blessing to a waiting mama's heart.
ReplyDeleteLooks like there might be a few boys for me in that picture :)
I can't wait to see all the fun the whole Krew is going to have with Kasidi!
Oh CONNIE!!!! AAAHHH!!! I was sooo excited to see these pics of Kasidi Joy! She has grown so much! I gotta tell you something about our orphanage that you may not yet have heard. They PRIDE themselves in "making 'em big"...the kids I mean! Those chubby cheeks of hers are lots of love and care on the part of the nannies. And you know what else I notice? The nanny on the left in the light blue jacket was Kaylin's nanny and the one who brought her to us at Gotcha Day! It was like deja vous to see her in Kasidi's pics as we have so many of her with Kaylin. Gotta call ya soon! Love ya!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness....so much fun!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThere are no words to adequately describe that level of cuteness! Love it! Happy Birthday to your sweet, sweet girl!
ReplyDeleteHow fun!! What a sweetie- bet you can't wait to get your hands on her! She looks like she is enjoying the party, but I bet she will really bloom once she gets home with your family.
ReplyDeleteYou're right about all the little ones there- how do we find out about them- is there an orphanage website?
Oh my goodness is she beautiful. That smile lights up a room. I too thought that I would love to bring a couple of those children home...what to do? I don't know...wishing I could go there tomorrow and put a couple in my suitcase LOL.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Connie
