Do you know how grateful I am for him?!? He has given up his dreams to follow the Lord. He serves humbly and leads our family with love and grace. He is the most amazing daddy to all of our children!
He is an incredibly hard worker and provider!
He is gentle!
He is an example to our boys.
He acknowledges the Lord's plans are far better than his own, even though the path isn't always easy. He can bring Jesus into any conversation, naturally. That's because He loves Him so much! Honey, you rock!
You tell Clayton ~ How much we appreciate the man he is, and how much he has been an example to us and how he has touched us sooooo many ways! We love you Clayton, great job at being a wonderful husband, daddy and friend!
And you do too! I loved your post below and am so proud of you for making a hard decision, but obviously the right one led by God! The Lord is so merciful to show you signs of Kooper drifting away and you were so attentive to that...I pray that Kooper will be drawn into deep relationships with all of you and with our Savior before he pursues relationships with those outside your sphere of influence. God's got Kooper's back! He placed him in your family for exactly that reason! A perfect fit! (And yes, sometimes perfect fits are painful, but always end in God's glory!) Love you! Prayed for you this morning...
He is an awesome man of God, and you are an awesome woman of God! I am honored and humbled to call you my friends. I saw several zoo photos in that post, I want another zoo day with you guys! --seriously, that was one special day!!!
Wow...I tell ya...all to often when Laine comments in front of me, I could just 'ditto' what she said! I'm there with the rest of them...You will be blessed for following the Lord's lead, even if it is a little on the difficult side in the beginning. But your family is a tight-knit one, and together with the Lord, you will perservere!
Your loving tribute to your husband pulled out the sap in me and put a big ol' lump in my throat! Love a man that loves his family and puts the Lord FIRST in his life. Indeed, you are blessed on SO many levels, dear friend! <><
The blessing of an amazing hubby!!! So wonderful, my friend. A gift to cherish.
