Col. 4:3

"And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains."

Please pray for Pastor Doug as he visits my dad Sunday afternoon and evening. The seeds have been planted, now may the harvest be reaped. We have seen a general "softening" and humbling in Dad in the last month he's been in the hospital. We are praying he will realize that even though he will lose this battle with cancer, he can still be victorious because of Jesus.

Since there is nothing more the doctors can do for his cancer, Dad is being transported to a hospital near my parents' home on Monday. That will be so much easier for my mom. She can "escape" to work, or even home for the night. We're praying she can find peace in these days as Dad becomes weaker and more confused.

  1. I have been praying for your family - and for your dad specifically. May God open his heart to the words that your Pastor will share with him today.

    In Him,

    Erica
