I took up running and for the first few months I felt more energy and then I started to feel sluggish, foggy, and just plain tired. Running did not make me feel better. Turns out I had used up all my iron and vit D stores. Might be what is happening to you so it might be a good idea to have blood work done. I really got sick and it took me a while to get back to feeling good. Would hate for that to happen to you which is why I am sharing this.
